ALL ORDERS PLACED BEFORE 11:30A.M  WILL BE SHIPPED OUT THE SAME DAY. AFTER 11:30A.M ORDERS WILL BE SHIPPED OUT THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY. 

ALL ORDERS IN THE US WILL BE SHIPPED VIA USPS. 

CUSTOMERS THAT PLACE INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR DUTIES AND TAXES.


Mistakes Happen

IN THE UNLIKELY EVENT THAT YOU RECEIVE THE WRONG ITEM OR ITEM IS DAMAGED PLEASE NOTIFY US IMMEDIATELY AT:

WE WILL EMAIL YOU A RETURN SHIPPING LABEL. ONCE YOU RECEIVE THE LABEL PLEASE SHIP BACK THE INCORRECT ITEM IN THE ORIGINAL BOX AND WE WILL SHIP OUT THE CORRECT ITEM.

NO WORN BRIMS WILL BE ACCEPTED.

IN ORDER TO RECEIVE AN EXCHANGE FOR ANOTHER (SAME) ITEM YOU MUST MAIL BACK THE ORIGINAL ITEM WITHIN 4-7 BUSINESS DAYS.
